Welcome to Shall We Dance Mobile, dance classes crafted exclusively for older adults. Our programs are a fun way to improve your life physically and mentally. Dance has many benefits for older adults, including socializing and the fun of moving to the music. Participants will improve flexibility, muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and endurance. Classes also help fight dementia, as learning and memorizing patterns is great mental exercise. We welcome all adult learners, regardless of one’s current physical abilities. Our Instructors are trained specifically to teach a range of abilities and ages over 50.
