Classes with easy-to-follow choreography set to music from the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s. Enjoy a variety of dance styles from Jazz to Broadway while increasing your strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.

These licensed classes are designed by the Royal Academy of Dance to specifically teach ballet to learners aged 50+. Adults of all ages are welcome …and the tutu is optional! Keep It In Line
Learn some fun Line Dances to all genres of music including country, top 40, classic rock and much more. You’ll be able to perform typical dances used at weddings and events. Increase stamina and cardiovascular endurance, improve balance, release stress and HAVE FUN!
Shall We Dance — Social Mix
Learn ballroom basics and social dances like Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Rumba, Salsa, Jive, Mambo, Bachata, Merengue, Cha-cha and Two-Step. Each month will include a review of last month’s dances and introduce a new style. * no partner is needed

A fun way to socialize and show what you learn in class. In this relaxed setting, have fun and meet other active adults who love to dance. Offered once a month at several venues. Grab a Party Pass and join the party at one location or several!
